Why mail yourself when it is cheaper to get us to do it?

Only 32p - it couldn't be simpler, or cheaper!

When you add up the costs of your postage savings and the cost of labour to print, enclose, stick and post, you could be saving up to 60% of the true costs of doing your own mailings.

For less than the cost of a 2nd class stamp, your mailing will include:

• 2nd class postage
• Laser printing on your own letterhead or we can supply paper
• Folding your letter
• Enclosing, sticking and despatching via Royal Mail

• Keep in touch with their existing customers and up-sell to them
• Inexpensive way to contact new potential customers Send out details of special offers or sales

All for only 32p per item, whether you send out 200 or 40,000 thousands!

All for less than the cost of a 2nd Class stamp!!!

There is a set up fee of £20, and a management fee of £20 per 1000. This includes processing the data, setting up and merging it with the letter, setting up the machines and management of the mailing. Minimum quantity is 200. Maximum weight of 100 grams.

What if you want that little bit more?

• Why not print on the back too, up-sell or cross sell another product. You could even get another supplier to contribute to your mailing costs.
• Add as many extra leaflets or flyers as you like, providing it is below the 100g mark and 5 mm thick (we can quote you a price if it is over 100g).
• Add another printed laser sheet - could be cheaper than getting flyers printed.
• Put your return address on the envelope instead of ours.
• Variable text fields in letters (e.g. mention the model of their car or date of their appointment or service)
• Express deliveries and first class if your mailing needs to go out quickly.

Time scales

These rates apply to turnaround within 3 working days but if you have something urgent we can guarantee that your mailing is sent out quickly.

Next day despatch	Additional £25 (5 p.m. data deadline)
Same day despatch	Additional £75 (9.30 a.m. data deadline)
