Your Virtual Receptionist is part of the BIZZ group, started 13 years ago, originally from home by husband and wife team Nick Lunn and Gillie Scherr. Nick and Gillie fully understand the pressures of running a small business, as well as understanding the needs of businesses as they grow and change.

The BIZZ group now operate from purpose built premises that provide the hub for their nationwide network of remote based Virtual Receptionists, a back up team in their small friendly call centre, a training facility, a mailing / fulfilment house and an IT company. Together the companies offer an integrated range of services for clients both large and small.

Working and living in a beautiful part of Devon inspired them to develop IT based systems that would enable people from all over the country to be able to work from home. They provide employment opportunities that fit in around people’s lifestyles, taking away the need for long drives to work and reducing pollution. They in turn are able to bring flexibility, lower costs and provide a highly personalised service to the many companies who benefit from the Virtual Receptionist Service. It is a win-win situation all round.
